At DCGpac we believe every order placed is of utmost importance. We have partnered with leading shipping companies across U.A.E to ensure the timely delivery of every order you place.
1. On-Time Delivery Across U.A.E.
We hand over your orders to our shipping partners within a few hours such that you receive them within 2 working days (* remote areas might take additional time).
In case the products you have ordered are not in stock, it will take an additional 5-7 days to ship out your order which you will receive within the next 2 business days.
Please note that products, where customization has been requested, will take at least 15 days to be shipped out. Once shipped out, you will be able to track it the same way as any other product.
2. Easy Tracking of Every Order
Once your order has been placed you will receive a notification with the tracking details at your registered mobile number and email address. You can start tracking your product as soon as it is shipped out to you.
A soft copy of the invoice is generated at the time you place your order. Moreover, every shipment is delivered with a detailed invoice hardcopy. You will find the complete breakdown of the charges along with the invoice number.
3. Shipping Charges
Currently, DCGpac takes orders and delivers them across U.A.E. During the checkout page, you will see the shipping mode and delivery charges, if applicable. It depends on the buyer to choose between them.
4. Delays or Damages in Shipping
DCGpac strives to make deliveries on time. Any delay in delivery due to external factors (weather, social disruptions, and others) will be notified to you on your registered email ID or phone number.
Every product shipped is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. However, if you do feel that the shipment has been tampered with or damaged in transit then please do not take the delivery. Contact our customer care representative immediately to notify us of the same.
5. Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline?
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.
