We provide a wallet program to enable a smooth shopping experience, where you can upload money and purchase any item/items on our site.
9. In what currency do I pay?
All prices listed on our website www.dcgpac.ae are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) only, but for the convenience of our international customers, we are offering checkout options in AED and USD.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your consignment number, which will allow you to track your order on our website www.dcgpac.ae.
11. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivering time depends upon the distance from our centralized warehouse to your delivery address.
12. Payment deducted but order not successful
Please check your bank account or credit card account, if your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally credited to you by your bank within 7 business days. If not then please check with your bank for more details. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 3 business days of your request. Though the refund received date may vary depending upon your mode of payment.

The courier companies usually make 3 attempts to deliver your order. In case you do not receive your order, you can contact us.

There are NO hidden charges when you shop on DCGpac. The price you see on the Checkout page is final and it's exactly what you pay.

22. Do you save credit card/debit card details on DCGpac?
No. We do not save any card details on our website.
23. What is the pickup process for return/replacement items?
Once your return or replacement request is accepted, the pickup of the originally delivered product will be scheduled. An SMS with more details will be sent to you on the day of the pickup.
In cases where pickup service is not available from the courier service providers at your location, you may be asked to ship the item back to the seller within 30 days of the return-related email being sent to you.

Unfortunately No. But you can place another order.
